Your adventure begins as your guide picks you up in Entebbe, Kampala, or your preferred location for our 3-day chimp trekking safari in Uganda. We’ll set off on a scenic drive to Kibale Forest National Park, passing through charming villages and stopping at a roadside market to experience local culture. After a delightful lunch, we’ll explore the crater lakes region near Kibale, where you can enjoy a picturesque crater walk, keeping an eye out for the striking black and white colobus monkeys. Following this scenic trek, we’ll head to Kibale Forest Camp for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

After enjoying an early morning breakfast, we’ll drive to the chimpanzee trekking starting point, equipped with your packed lunch. Once there, you’ll receive a briefing on the trekking guidelines and be organized into groups of eight. Accompanied by a specialized guide, you’ll enter the lush jungle of Kibale Forest, where you can admire a variety of birds, butterflies, and magnificent trees. When you reach the chimpanzees, you’ll have an incredible hour to observe them in their natural habitat. After the trek, your guide will take you back to the lodge for some well-deserved relaxation. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Kibale Forest Camp.

Savor a leisurely breakfast before we begin our drive back to Kampala or Entebbe, enjoying a scenic lunch along the way. Your guide will ensure you’re dropped off at your preferred location as we conclude this unforgettable 3-day chimp trekking adventure in Uganda.
